

Raymond Paul Morales, Jr., 62, of Wichita Falls died Monday, January 24, at his residence. Services have been scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 28, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church officiated by Father Hoa Nguyen. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park directed by Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home.
Raymond was born April 20, 1948 in Wichita Falls to Raymond Paul and Victoria Caballero Morales. He proudly served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War where he earned the Army Commendation Medal. He loved driving around, especially to the cemetery to visit his beloved wife, with a large Texas flag waving from his big Dodge truck. He was a homebody, doting on his family, and a proud American. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Mr. Morales is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Juanita Morales in 2007; son, Raymond III in 1973; father, Raymond Paul Morales, Sr. in 2000; and nephew, Jake Espinoza in 1996.
Survivors include his loving mother, Victoria Morales of Ft. Worth, TX; devoted daughters and sons-in-law, Katherine and Ramon Ricarte, Christina and Toby Montano, Theresa Delgado and fiancé, Juan Torres all of Wichita Falls; stepson and wife, Ja and Leslie Boyd of Grand Prairie, TX; sisters and brothers-in-law, Delores and Isaac Espinoza of Ft. Worth, TX, Ida and Guillermo Rea of Crowley TX; brother, Antonio Morales of Ft. Worth; thirteen grandchildren, Shawn Arizola, Shannon Arizola, Joshua Arizola, Daniel Sanchez, Justin Gonzales, Christopher Montano, Carmela Delgado, Erica Delgado-Canales, Christina Delgado, Taylor Boyd, Amanda Boyd, Shelby Boyd, Jonathan Boyd; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 27, 2011 at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home with a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m.
If desired, memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
