Rosalinda Rodriguez passed away Friday, January 16th, 2015. She was born on September 18, 1935 to the late Manuel and Adelfa Garcia Sr. She was married to the late Pablo Rodriguez. She is preceded in death by her daughter Dora Rodriguez, son Freddy Rodriguez, brother Manuel Garcia Jr., and great grandaughter Valerina Ramos.
She is survived by six brothers, Albert Garcia, Tony Garcia, Louis Garcia, Johnny Garcia, Frank Canedo, Julio Canedo. Three sons, Paul Rodriguez-wife Katherine, Johnny Rodriguez-partner Lana Torres, Albert Rodriguez- wife Linda, and daughter-in-law Helen Rodriguez. Seven grandchildren, Dora, April, Tiffany, Christy, Julie, Melanie, Miranda, and many great grandchildren.
Rosalinda loved to dance, read and crochet. Above all she loved her family. She was a giving and generous woman. A loving wife, mother and grandmother. She always opened her home to anyone who needed a respite. The word stranger was not in her vocabulary; she gladly took anyone in and gave them comfort. She will be missed.
Christian wake will be held at Hampton Vaughn Funeral home at 7 pm on Tuesday, January 20th, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe at 10 am on Wednesday, January 21st, 2015. Interment will be at Crestview Cemetery.
