Tony owned and operated Rotary One Service based out of Midland, Texas. His choice of a profession in the oil industry began and was influenced after growing up watching his father and several uncles who were involved in oil drilling and exploration. In 1974, he joined Welex, a division of Halliburton, which is one of the largest providers of products and services for the ever-evolving needs of the energy industry. While employed there, he operated out of Casper, Wyoming where he serviced the Rockies. After gaining more experience with Welex, he became interested in the drilling fluids aspect of the industry where he continued working in several of the Rocky Mountain states. He developed more knowledge and expanded his contacts with associates before branching into the sales area of the business. His sales background eventually led him to develop his own company which he named Rotary One Service where his primary market was the Bakken Oil Field located in North Dakota. Even with his great business success with his company, and with many markets changing including the oil industry, Tony decided to retire after 42 years in his profession. He was highly respected and held in high regard by those he worked with, just as his father was, who taught him the value of honest work.
