Bertha (Wilkes) White, age 78, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. Bert was born in Provo, Utah to Mavis Emmalee Blackwell Wilkes and Claude Murphy Wilkes on March 31, 1944.

Bert is survived by her husband, Gene White; sons Dale White and Justin White (Sarah); sister Judith Harrington; and grandchildren Ashley White and Allie Beth White.

Bert was preceded in death by her father Claude Murphy Wilkes; mother Mavis Emmalee Blackwell Wilkes; brother Claude Wilkes Jr; brother-in-law David Lee Harrington; and her beloved cat Dangit.

A memorial service for Bert will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E 13Th St N, Wichita, Kansas 67206.
