Waggoner, Bill M., 73, passed away on July 5, 2015. Bill was born on March 25, 1942 in Vernon, TX. He is survived by his wife, Melody Waggoner, children Loy (Angela) Waggoner of Amarillo, TX, Amber (Glenn) Ecton, and R.J. (Krystal Barton) Ward of Wichita, KS, Billy Jordan of CA. 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons. Preceded in death by his parents HL and Lola Waggoner, daughter Eileen Ward, and Brother Gene Waggoner. Bill worked for Boeing/Spirit for 25 years as a Computer Analysis Electrician; he always enjoyed his work and his co-workers. He loved his ‘baby’ Chica and his family, he was very proud of his children. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, July 9, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Lakeview Funeral Home, with service following Friday, July 10, same location at 10 a.m. Graveside services will be Saturday, July 11, at East View Memorial Cemetery, Vernon, TX.
