Barker, Billy Wayne, 70, passed away Dec. 28, 2011. Billy was born to Ernest and Ethel (Ging) Barker on Mar. 4, 1941 in Alva, OK. He is survived by daughter Ellen Barker, brother Jim (Linda) Barker, sister Ladonna Davis, daughter-in-law Michelle Barker, grandchildren Erica and Bryan Barker; niece Michel (Norman) Mayo, and nephew Keith (Caroline) Goodall.
