Bobby Dean Downs

Bobby Dean Downs, 88, was born August 27, 1929 and passed away April 11, 2018. Bobby was a Retired Sedgwick County Deputy. After retirement, he was a delivery driver with Professional Pharmacy for 10 years. In his spare time, he loved to fish and go camping with his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, LaDonna; brothers, Ernie Bruchette, Alfred Downs, William Downs, Ed Downs; sisters, Eula Mae and Charlotte. He is survived by his sons, Allen D. (Janet), Randy E. (Paula); daughter, Connie (Robert) Mounce; brother, Elvis Downs; grandchildren, Barbara (Paul) Taporco, David Downs, Jennifer (Ryan) Beasley, Nicole (Corey) Dixon, Maddison Downs, Abbey Downs, Alexander (Larissa) Mounce, Zachary Mounce and Victoria Mounce; great grandchildren, Dayton Taporco, Shawn Dixon, Lincoln Allerheiligen, Hayden Mounce, Riley Mounce, Riley Beasley, Caden Beasley, Ryker Beasley; nephews, Rick (Cat) Downs, Dick Downs; and dear friend, Joyce Cooper. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 3-5 p.m. Funeral service will be held Monday, April 16, 2018 at 3:00 p.m., both at Resthaven Mortuary.
