Bryxton Lee Brichat

Bryxton Lee Brichat, son, brother, and cherished presence in the lives of those who knew him, was born on February 17, 2026, and passed away on May 1, 2026. Though his time was brief, Bryxton’s life was marked by a quiet tenderness and a deep bond with his family that will be remembered always.

From his earliest days, Bryxton found comfort in closeness. He loved to be held and talked to, and he welcomed the attention of his siblings. Yet there was a special recognition reserved for his mother—he was always peaceful until he heard his momma come in, and then it was clear it was time to be held. In those small, sacred moments, Bryxton’s gentle spirit and need for connection shone brightly.

Bryxton is survived by his mother, Kimberly Richardson; his papa, Joseph Brichat; his sister, Breauna Burgdorf; his brothers, Brayden Cranmer and Breckin Brichat; many cousins and his beloved pets, Tigar and Kiki.

Visitation will be held at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209, on May 13, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A Funeral Service will follow at Resthaven Mortuary on May 13, 2026, from 11:00 am to 11:45 am. Committal Service will take place at El Paso Cemetery, 700 E Kay St, Derby, KS 67037, on May 13, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.

Bryxton will be remembered with profound love, and his memory will remain a lasting part of the family he so clearly treasured.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 12th, 2026 at 10 am.

A Celebration of Life will follow at 11 am. both at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W. Hwy 54, Wichita, KS, 67217.

A graveside will follow at El Paso Cemetery, 700 E Kay St, Derby, KS, 67037.
