Donna J. Highfill, 90, born June 16, 1931, passed away Monday, October 11, 2021. She retired as Office Manager from The Farley Machine Works Company, with 35 years service. Donna was born near Turkey Creek northwest of Alva, OK. She was a charter member of the Metropolitan Baptist Church. Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Louis E. Highfill; parents, Ona Wells Maxwell and Warren C. Maxwell; siblings, Dorothy Upchurch, Chester Maxwell, Earnest Maxwell, Erma Lee Zook and Alma Kay Dickson. She is survived by her children, Virgie Highfill Moore, Bennett Highfill and Jannett Highfill; grandchildren, Andrew D. Moore and wife, Jessi Jordan and Rebecca C. Klaassen and husband, Bradley Klaassen; great-grandchildren, Andrew D. Moore Jr., Lance J. and Lisa D. Klaassen; and many beloved nieces and nephews. A come and go visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday, October 15th, at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W. Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209.
