Shirley-Cyphers Kelley, Evelyn Rose “Rosie”, 87, retired Dolly Madison planning scheduler in Emporia passed away January 18, 2012. Rosie was preceded in death by her husbands Robert H. Kelley and Marvin A. Cyphers. She is survived by her children Marlene M. (Gary) Cyphers-Bowman of Bel Aire, Paul Douglas Cyphers of Berthoud, CO. and companion Jeanie Crawford and Marvin A. (Bettye) Cyphers, Jr. of Madisonville, TN. Memorials Service is 2:00 pm Wednesday, Jan. 25 at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home in Emporia.
