Dye, Fay “Kay”, age 81, retired owner/operator of Dye Drug Incorporated entered eternal rest on Thursday, January 27, 2022. Kay was a long time member of the Altar Society for St. Mary Catholic Church in Derby, and sang many years in the choir. She was a very devout Catholic all of her life. She took great care of her children and was a wonderful caregiver and “Grammy” to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was the “glue” for our entire family and we could not have done LIFE without Her.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years John in 2017 and her beloved son Troy. Survived by her daughter Theresa Hill, brother Eugene Koester, granddaughters Kristy (Mark) Bagley, Kendra (Alex) Gonzales, Kelsey (Cody Glover) Waitley and great grandchildren Jacob, Aubreigh, Gavin and Jaxson.
Memorial Mass, 10am, Sat. Feb. 12, 2022 at St. Mary Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers memorial to St. Mary Catholic Church, 2300 E. Meadowlark St., Derby, KS 67037.
