Flanoy Sterling Bruce Esq.

Flanoy Sterling Bruce was born on February 11, 1955 to Herman and Joyce Bruce in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Flanoy was the first of five children born to this union. His father preceded him in death. At an early age Flanoy professed his life in Christ.

Flanoy graduated from the University of Maryland, and later obtain a Juris Doctor degree from Southern California Law School. Flanoy practiced law in California and Nevada.

He leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Joyce Cullom Bruce, Son, Lloyd Thomas (Tamara) Bruce Sr., of Houston Texas, Daughter, Kimberly Lynne (Antwoin) Prater of Phoenix Arizona, Grandchildren, Maurice Wynne, Chanel Kaylee, Lloyd Thomas Bruce, Jr. of Houston Texas. Brothers Bernell Vann Bruce, Sheldon Cameron Bruce of Seattle Washington. Baxter Gerald Bruce of Wichita Kansas. Sister Vivian Renee Bruce-Jackson of Springfield, Virginia; a host of relatives and friends.
