

Colorado Springs, Co. with her daughter and son-in-law,Lynn and Fred Barrow. A former resident of Wichita, Kansas, from the age of six months, she relocated in 2015 following the death of her husband, Dr. Richard Wohlgemuth.
Winnie was one of five siblings born to Raymond and Nelle (Brewer) Meredith. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James, sisters Iona Hunter, Jean Crisp and Marceline Johnson, as well as former husbands Dorrell Wilkinson and Harold Wiley.
Winnie attended East High School and graduated from Wichita State University. She was a member of Alpha Tau Sigma sorority while on campus and later pledged Delta Gama. She was employed in various capacities in Wichita and retired a bank vice-president.
A former member and deaconess at Central Christian Church, she joined Eastminster Presbyterian following her marriage to Dr. Wohlgemuth in 2002.
While at Eastminster, she enjoyed church fellowship in addition to her Sunday school class, Bible study and small group. Winnie was a 50-year member of Beta Sigma Phi, the National Association of Bank Women, American Society of Personnel Administration, Patient Relations Representative at Wesley Medical Center, and Secretary of the Board at Prairie Homestead Retirement Center.
She enjoyed playing bridge, computer games, books, movies, puzzles, Halloween, the company of family and friends, chocolate pie and laughter. Her best friend was Dolly, the cocker spaniel and constant companion.
Winnie is survived by her daughter, Barbara Dingman of Topeka, Kansas; daughter, Lynn Barrow (Fred); five grandchildren Nathaniel Dingman, Alexander Dingman, Sarah Gates, Meredith Kidd (Eric) and Zachary Barrow (Mariko).
Winnie was blessed with six great-grandchildren, (Lily) Thomas Dingman, Nicholas Dingman, Max Gates,
Macey Gates, Camden Dingman and Vaughn Dingman; and many much-loved nieces, nephews and special friends.
Memorial Service will be held at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary, 201 S. Hydraulic, Wichita, Kansas, 67211 with Pastor Steve Hansen officiating. The burial will be at WhiteChapel Memorial Gardens on South Oliver in Wichita, Lord’s Supper Section.
In lieu of flowers, Winnie would like contributions, in her memory, to the Kansas Humane Society. Donations may be made at give.kshumane.org in Winnie’s name.
