Genevieve “Billie” Neal,., 85 passed away January 2, 2013. She was born in Hutchinson, KS to Percy and Edith (Landes) Moyer. Genevieve was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Marion Neal; granddaughter, Kimberly Smith; great-granddaughter, Ciera Smith; brothers, Herbert and Omer Moyer. Survived by her sons, Larry and Garry Neal; daughter Peggy (Ken) Wise; grandchildren, Mathew Maynor; Michelle Bartlett; Lisa Osbourne; 7 great-grandchildren.
