In 1948, she graduated from East High School, Wichita.
On December 30, 1949 she married Leslie Roland White in Wichita, Kansas.
Marie was active in Grace United Methodist Church, Secretary of Senior Bowlers for 20 years, a member of Emerita of WWBC (Wichita Women's Bowling Congress) and a resident of Sheridan Village for 13 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sherry Church; two brothers, William B. and Gerald A. Young; husband, Leslie White; and grandson, Brian White.
Survivors include her sons, Les White, of Des Moines, WA, William and wife, Carla, of Wichita.
Visitation will be from noon to 1:00 p.m., with a funeral service at 1:00 p.m., both Monday, December 29, 2025 at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Garden of the Cross.
