Gladys Louise (Hack) Nold 96, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away on February 27, 2022, at the Catholic Care Center in Bel Aire Kansas. Gladys was born in Humboldt Kansas on August 5, 1925, where she met and later married Paul in 1944. She was a long-time member of Epworth United Methodist Church in Wichita. She was deeply devoted to her family and an extraordinary caregiver throughout her life.
Gladys is preceded in death by her parents, Wanda and Lyle Hack, husband Paul L Nold (2006) and brother Ed Hack (2006).
She is survived by sister Barbara Holub, two sons, Gene (Barbara) Nold and Robert (Sue) Nold, granddaughters Tara (Darin) Thimmesch, Lindsey Flitner (JD), Amanda Nold, great grandchildren Ethan, Lauren, Luke Thimmesch and Jacob Flitner.
The family wishes to take this opportunity to give special thanks to the devoted staff and caregivers at the Catholic Care Center.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm on March 26 at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church 1550 N Chapel Hill St. Wichita, KS.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the Catholic Care Center 6550 E 45th St. North Bel Aire, Kansas 67226.
