Ida "Lou" L. Watts

Watts, Ida L. "Lou". 74, of Augusta, Kansas passed away on Wednesday May 1, 2019 at her home surrounded by family. Lou was born the daughter of Mary Bell Balding on July 27, 1944 in Wellington, Kansas. Ida L. and Richard Watts were united in marriage on March 21, 1975 in Newton, Kansas. Lou enjoyed knitting, crocheting, baseball and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her mother; Mary Balding, son; Ron Watts. Survivors include her loving husband, Rich Watts, sisters; Kathryn Kinzey, Linda (David) Caylor, Rebecca Hurst, children; Dean (Amber) Watts, Daniel (Brenda) Watts, Tambra Lang, Cathryn (Jesse) Trimmell, Lou "Grammy" was blessed with 14 grandkids and 25 great-grandkids. A celebration of life will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday May 11, 2019 at Glenn Park Christian Church, 2757 S. Glenn Ave., Wichita. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Villalobos Rescue Center, P.O. Box 771127.
