He was preceded in death by his mother, Florence Cook. He is survived by his father, John “Mick” Cook of Rose Hill and daughters, Kyrstin Cook, of Atlanta, Kansas and Samantha Cook, of Wichita, as well as his canine buddy and ever faithful companion, London.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, Saturday, 19 May 2012, at the family home, 1641 Pin Oak Ct., Rose Hill, Kansas.
Burial will be at sea near Bermuda at a future date.
