Laura was a loving person, she could never turn away a person in need of help. She loved her cat Missy, and loved to go to garage sales and thrift stores. In her spare time she enjoyed going to the casino and drinking her coffee.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Wendall Salvia, Jimmy Horsley, Bert Horsley; and daughter, Angela King.
Laura is survived by sons, Robert (Lesley Dotson) King, Jerry (Krystal) King (their father, Rick King); grandchildren, Bryson King, Alanna King-Purcell; siblings, Elizabeth Rister, Rick Salvia, Merle Horsley, Sr., Linda Horsley, Markel Horsley, Sr., Tammie Horsley Vanhoose, Randy Horsley, Ruthie Rister, and Lillie Horsley Clark.
Visitation will be held from 4-6pm Wednesday, August 11, 2021 and Funeral Thursday, August 12, at 3pm, both held at Resthaven Mortuary.
