67, born on June 2, 1948 in Cleveland Ohio to Hugh and Martha Faulds, passed away May 15, 2016. Lewis was preceded by his parents; and brother, Leonard Allen Faulds. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Patricia Faulds; children, Lynn Marie (Dennis) Sommerfeld, Timothy Lew (Angela) Faulds, Martha Sue (Jason) Walters, Christina Louise Faulds; brother, Hugh John (Marjorie) Faulds; sister-in-law, Donna Faulds; grandchildren, Justin, Brittany, Micah, Caleb, Maya, Jeffrey, Lillian, and Ally; great grandchildren, Joseph and RiLynn; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 1p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2016 with visitation one hour prior.
