Margie Ramona Hurt

age 89, of Wichita, Kansas passed away peacefully and without pain on Sunday, October 10, 2021. Margie was born November 2, 1931 in Waupun, Wisconsin to Frank & Donna Ferge.

She was married to Fred Hurt and they had three children Randalin, Joe, and Wanda.

She was an avid reader and loved to sew.

Margie was a teller coordinator at Bank of America for over 30 years. After she retired she worked at Gently Used Resale Thrift Store benefiting Bethesda Lutheran communities for the developmentally disabled for 18 years. She was also an involved member in Grace Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. Margie served the Lord until the Lord took her home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two children, and three siblings.

Survivors include 1 daughter, 2 sisters, and multiple grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Margie will be remembered by many family & friends for her honesty and compassion for others.

In lieu flowers memorial contributions can be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 3310 E. Pawnee St., Wichita, Kansas 67218.

There will be no services held in Wichita, Kansas. Margie's final resting place will be in Indiana next to her husband Fred.
