Drane, Maxine S., 86, retired bookkeeper for Drane’s Wallcovering Specialists passed away April 14, 2013. Maxine was an avid seamstress and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther E. Survivors are sons, Stephen P. and spouse Teddi Drane of Wichita, Douglas A. Drane; brother, Cecil and spouse Therese Schlotthauer of Wichita; 4 grandchildren; 4 nieces and 2 nephews. Visitation is 6 to 7 pm Wednesday with family present at Resthaven Mortuary. There will be a private graveside service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to First United Methodist Church Television Ministry or KPTS Channel 8.
