Patty married Paul A. Hanson on September 2, 1951. Together they shared 71 years.
Patty was a homemaker, a beautiful mother, and a special grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her son Dennis Hanson.
She is survived by husband Paul Hanson; two children, Debby (Craig) Walter, and Susie (Blaine) Tharp;
daughter-in-law, Marla Hanson; seven grandchildren, Melissa Hanson, Nicole (Kurt) Kerns, Kory (Ashlee) Tharp, Tyler Walter, Deryk (Lauren) Hanson, Sarah (Adam) Northup, and Shane Tharp; six great-grandchildren, Elysia Culver, Clayton Culver, Drake Hanson, Riley Hanson, Brantley Tharp, and Brylee Tharp.
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday May 30, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 1101 N. River Blvd Wichita, KS 67203 with a burial to follow at 2:00 p.m., Resthaven Gardens of Memory, 11800 W. Highway 54 Wichita, KS.
