I echo Paula's thoughts and condolences, very well stated.

Although we moved away from Wichita when I was five, I got to spend some of my summers in Wichita in my youth.  I have fond memories of my times working with Paul and staying some of the time with him, Bette and Mark. Also, water skiing at Grand Lake, O.k. and Lake of the Ozarks, Mo. I had a particularly memorable experience driving his boat once when I was very young, but too long a story for this.

I am so sorry for your loss. Paul was very good to me and I enjoyed not only the above memories of him but also the times we've talked on the phone in recent years. You are very fortunate to have had two such great parents!

I have always been thankful for Paul letting me fly his Aerostar to get my multi-engine rating. Also, when I later got my airplane I chose a Piper Comanche because he was happy with his twin Comanche at the time.

Well, Uncle Paul, you made it to be the last of the Murrell siblings. You are now with your family. I'm so glad I got to see you before you  passed. So many memories, so little space. You were a great pilot. I will always remember a trip to Minneapolis and your flying ability to get us there.

Mark, I am saddened by the loss of your dad. I know this is hard on you. I will never forget all the times he flew and drove us to Grand Lake to go skiing’ and the couple of times he took me along with you when he flew to make business calls. I thought the world of him.
