

Beloved 100 year old Pearl left us on December 5, 2017. She was born on June 30, 1917, in Diagonal, Iowa, to Glenn and Carrie M (Powell) Ruby. Pearl graduated from Northeast H.S. of Kansas City, Missouri, in 1934, then attended Central Business College. Pearl's husband, of 65 years, Glenn L. Webb, and she moved to Independence, Mo. in 1946, after WWII. Then in 1956, they moved to Wichita, KS. where they built their family home. Pearl and Glenn, both worked for, and retired from, the US Post office at the regional facility. She was the last remaining charter member of West Heights United Methodist Church. Pearl was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Carrie M. Ruby; her beloved husband, Glenn L. Webb; brother, Everett G. Ruby; Sisters, Velma Waughtal, Bernice Waddell, and Maxine L Artley. Pearl is survived by her children; Janet C. Wrabel, of Haysville, KS, sons, Gary and wife, Judy Webb, of Wichita KS, and Stephen and wife, Laura Webb of Omaha, NE; five grandsons, Ron Rather of Colorado, Randy Ratter of Las Vegas, Brian Wrabel of Colorado, Saul Webb of Oklahoma and Ramsey Webb of Kansas; five granddaughters, Marlisa Webb of Hutchinson, Stephanie Webb of Nebraska, Kimberly Kane of Wichita, Malia Lindner of Augusta and Michelle Walsh of Chicago; 21 great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. December 15, 2017 at West Heights United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to West Heights United Methodist Church, 745 N.
