Phil Herring, 87, Former owner Herring Optical, Member of Lawton Masonic Lodge #183 for over 50 years and Midian Shrine passed away October 24, 2015. Phil was preceded in death by spouses Wanda Herring, Eva Bigbee; son Stephen Herring; brother Carl LaRoche; great grandchild Adalynn Paine. He is survived in death by son Jim Herring; brother James Herring; grandchildren Christina Herring, Michael Herring. Funeral service will be held Thursday October 29, 2015, 1 PM at Resthaven Mortuary with visitation 1 hour prior. Memorials may be made to Midian Plane of Mercy c/o Midian Shrine, 130 N.
