Eslinger, Phillip L, 78, loving husband and father, Southwestern Bell and AT&T retired frameman, passed away July 16, 2013. Phillip was a member of Westside Church of God, Telephone Pioneers Retirement Group, Lewis Street Singers and Peacemakers Quartet. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul & Vineta Eslinger. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Kathleen; son, Steven Eslinger; daughters, Lori Eslinger (Kelly Smith) and Diana Eslinger; sister-in-law, Denise (Duane) Niebrugge; 7 nieces and nephews and 4 great-nieces and nephews. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Friday at Resthaven Mortuary. Funeral service 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013 at West Side Church of God.
