Richard was born April 8, 1953 in Wichita, Kansas to Raymond and Doris (Stutsman) Horsley.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother David Horsley, and granddaughter Mikaila Nevergall.
His memories will be cherished by his wife Kathleen Horsley, 2 daughters; Danielle (Heath) VanArsdale, Melissa (Casey) Nevergall, 1 brother John (Linda) Horsley, Grandchildren; Kara Nevergall, Gavin VanArsdale, Michael VanArsdale, Mykala VanArsdale and a host of relatives and friends.
A visitation for Richard will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary, 201 South Hydraulic, Wichita, KS 67211. A funeral service will occur Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 10:00 AM at First Church of Nazarene, 1400 E. Kellogg, Wichita, KS 67211. A graveside service will occur Thursday, October 1, 2020 at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1806 N. Oliver, Wichita, KS 67208.
