Robert retired honorably from the United States Air Force and the United States Army.
Robert is survived by his daughter Rochelle Small Clifford (Thomas); brother Joseph William Small, sisters Mary Joan Hill (Carliece), and Linda Lou Perez; and granddaughter Chloe Baltimore.
Robert was preceded in death by his father Robert Small; mother Lareece DeAlma Motley; and sisters Cheryl Hall and Barbara Jean Bailey.
Uncle Bobby will be missed by his daughter, granddaughter, siblings, friends and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
A viewing & visitation for Robert will be held Friday, September 15, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Lakeview Funeral Home & Cemetery, 12100 E 13Th St N, Wichita, Kansas 67206. A Celebration of Life will occur Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Lakeview Funeral Home & Cemetery.
