Rosie Howell, 90, passed away March 13, 2018. She was adopted by Fred and Gretta Watson of Arkansas City, Kansas. Preceded in death were her parents, two sisters and daughter Sylvia. Survivors are children Suzi Lawless and Marcy (Al) Westfall, beloved granddaughter Allison (Paul) Fields, grandson Phillip Beith, granddaughter Katy Beith, great-grandchildren Cpl. Alec Fields USMC and Audrey Fields. Funeral service will be Friday, March 16, 2018 at Lakeview, at 2pm. Dignity Celebrant Cheryl Hoskins will officiate a celebration of Rosie's life. Rosie's final resting place will be at Riverview Cemetery in Arkansas City, KS.
