Ruby L. Simpson

Simpson, Ruby L., 79, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Thursday March 22, 2018 in Wichita. Ruby was born the son of Frank and Mamie Laird on April 2, 1938 in Huntsville, Arkansas. Ruby and Joe Simpson were united in marriage in Nov. of 1975. Ruby loved to read, crochet, grilling out and watching and feeding hummingbirds. Survivors include her loving husband Joe Simpson, daughter, Debbie Reef, grandchildren, Becky, Shawna, Justin, Joey and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, children, Becky Jean Moor, Dale Andrew Moor. A visitation will be held from 1 to 5pm on Saturday March 31, 2018 at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Ruby Simpson Memorial Fund c/o Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita.
