Ruth E. Smith, 85, Retired sales clerk and avid sports fan, passed away October 21, 2015. Ruth was preceded in death by spouse, Billie Smith; son Randy, son-in-law, Jeff Forshee; grandchildren, Luke McCoin, and Sara Smith. She is survived by son, John Daffron, daughters Connie (Vance) McCoin, Sharon Forshee, Karen (Bob) Thurman, daughter-in-law, Donna Smith; siblings Jim Ed (Mary Kay) Gibson, Johna Roedenbeck; thirteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 1 pm Monday, October 26, 2015 at Resthaven Mortuary with visitation one hour prior. Memorial contributions may be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S.
