Simone, Stanley Ray, 61, retired AF truck driver, passed away July 14, 2012, after a long battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Simone and Lois Fern and 3 siblings. His survivors include son, Jeremy Simone; daughters, Jennee (David) Lipe and Charissa (Jesus) Sanchez; 3 brothers; 2 sisters and grandchildren, Antonio, Emma and Evelyn. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Wednesday; funeral service 10 a.m. Thursday, July 19, both at Resthaven Mortuary. Memorials have been established with Hospice Care of Kansas and the American Lung Association.
