Fox, Thomas “Wayne”, 74, passed away June 21, 2012. Wayne retired after 30 years as a draftsman for the City of Wichita Water Department. He is survived by his wife, Karen; sons, Steven (Rhonda) Fox, John (Jacque) Fox; daughter, Kara (Tim) Ulmen; grandchildren, Cliff (Jena), T.J., Michael, Brad, Kristin and Emily. Visitation is Friday 7 to 8 pm at Resthaven Mortuary. Graveside service is 10:00 am Saturday at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
