Tong, Toshiko “Tosh” Yoshida, 84, retired school bus driver, passed away November 22, 2011. Tosh was a longtime active member of the Salvation Army Church and the Red Hat Society. She was preceded in death by 1 brother, 2 sisters and 1 grandchild. She is survived by daughter Carol T. Jones of Niceville, FL; sons George F. Tong, Jr., Henry A. (Karrell) Tong, Steven R. Tong all of Wichita and Douglas Y. Tong of Lawrence; 1 sister in Japan; 6 grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Viewing at Resthaven Mortuary 12-8 p.m. Sunday with family receiving 3-4 p.m. Funeral service 1 p.m. Monday at the Salvation Army Citadel Church. A memorial has been established with the Salvation Army Citadel Church.
