Ginger was the beloved daughter of the late Clifton Mills and Dorothy (Hodges) Mills.
She is survived by her sister, Barbara "Bobbie" Doud, and her children, Neal Clevenger, Dale Clevenger, Dedra Stansbury, and Dennis Clevenger. Virginia was also blessed with grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought much joy to her life.
Ginger will be remembered with love by all who knew her.
A visitation will be held at Resthaven Mortuary, located at 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209, on December 4, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
The funeral service will follow at the same venue on December 4, 2025, starting at 3:00 pm.
A committal service will also take place at Resthaven Mortuary on December 4, 2025.
