William E. Rouse, age 80, passed away on July 14, 2021. He was born on May 19, 1941 to Joseph and Lucille Rouse. He is preceded by his wife Sharon Rouse. William is survived by siblings George, Carol and Steve Rouse; and many nieces and nephews. No services will be held at this time.
