W. Jean "Jeanie" Cruse was born April 23, 1933 in Redstripe, AR, now called Pleasant Grove, to AB and Mary Evelyn (Lewis) Allhands. She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 50 years James "Jimmy" Cruse; parents; 3 brothers and 3 sisters; and step son, James Cruse of TN. She is survived by 2 stepsons, Charles E. and Ronald D. Cruse of Il; daughter-in-law, Judy Cruse of TN; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends, Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 16 from 4 - 8 p.m. and Wednesday, October 17, from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., both at Advantage Funeral and Cremations. Graveside service will be held at Mulvane Cemetery in Mulvane, KS on Wednesday, October, 17 at 2:00 p.m..
