We are grateful for meeting Alex and your family through Buddy Ball. Our thoughts are with your family and we will think of Alex this spring when we play ball again.

Dear Cathy,
I wanted you to know that you and Alex are in my daily prayers. Sarah shared the news with me. We were up in NJ with family for the holidays but have had you on my mind. As a mother who lost her only child,my precious son at the age of 24,I truly DO know what it feels like and how this loss affects us.  I know my heart will never be the same and the pain lies at the surface always. What keeps me going is believing he and I will be together one day and that he will be the first person I see in Heaven. This grief is not like anything else.  Know that God will take care of Alex and that Alex will take care of you. I know that my son is with me always, everywhere I may go.  He looked out for me here on Earth as he is continuing to do now from Heaven. With all that said, I want you to know I will be there for you as you were for me.  Take good care of YOU and will continue to  have you in my

I never had the privilege of knowing Alex.  I met Ryan a few times, and Marlena Rogers spoke so often of all of you that I feel as if I know you as well.  My condolences go out to the entire Wilson family at this bittersweet time.  Just remember that your loss is heaven's gain.  I believe Alex is now working in concert with your guardian angels, and will be a huge asset in terms of making sure your lives are blessed in ways you never imagined.  And remember, you will see him again.

I did not know Alex but I certainly know Ryan very well.  My heart aches for your loss and for the teachers who were blessed to have been a part of his life. Dear Wilson Family,
My heart broke on Saturday when I heard about Alex. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Lord does not make mistakes and His ways are not our ways. I find peace in trusting that Alex is truly at peace and because of his kind spirit he has the BEST angel wings in Heaven. It will be hard on the field, at the glo runs, at the horses, in the pool and at the bowling lanes with him not being present. However, I know we will always hold on to his spirit of love with all we do. Two of my favorite memories of Alex will always be his CBI to McDonald's and his 3 to 1 care our last night of Adventure Swim!!! I will miss Alex deeply. Just know that he was loved by all that interacted with him. The Wilson Family holds a special place in my heart and we will get through this together. I will be standing in the gap for all of you through this most difficult time. With sincere love and sympathy,

Cathy, I am so sorry to see this. My prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.

It was with great pleasure that I was fortuity got to be one of alexander's caregivers. I am so heartbroken to hear of this loss. My thoughts and prayers are with Karen, Timothy,Kathryn  Jordan and  Ryan  a through this hard and difficult time, Rest in peace my big boy.
