

Arline Lamm Lowe, 90, passed away April 7, at Riverside Regional Hospital in Newport News, Virginia. She was born May 21, 1925 in Wilmington, North Carolina to Roscoe Bunyan Lamm and Alma Gertrude Barnes Lamm. Arline was a resident of the Newport News, Virginia area most of her life and a member of North Riverside Baptist Church for several decades, where she and her best friend, Scottie Ludlum, sang in the church choir.
Arline is survived by her two daughters, Candace White Elliott (John Grubb) of Hamer, Idaho and Penny White Richardson (Larry) of Williamsburg, Virginia; and three brothers, Hooper, George and Douglas Lamm of Wilson, North Carolina. She has four grandsons, J. Keller Elliott (Amber), J. Andrew Richardson (Molly), Michael Richardson (Reagan), Jonathan Richardson; one granddaughter Brooke Corson (Joe); and 11 great-grandchildren, all residents of Virginia.
A graveside service will be held at Peninsula Memorial Park on Wed, April 13th at 12 noon, 12750 Warwick Blvd. in Newport News. The family wishes to thank the staff at Spring Arbor of Williamsburg for their compassion and excellent care of Arline.
