Joyce Richhart Raab

It is with great sadness that we tell you Joyce Richhart Raab, loving wife of James, passed away on July 24th. Everyone who knew this kind, gentle soul understood the caring, giving spirit that represented her entire life. Her three wonderful children ... Jeff, Jamie and Jill ... and her nine awesome grandchildren are living and lasting proof of her total dedication as a wife, mother and grandmother. Joyce grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated from Purdue University where she met and eventually married Jim. This marriage was to last nearly 57 years and involved many moves, much travel, and countless countries. When all is said and done, the three words that always matter were a constant in their marriage, but the three words that have given Jim the most comfort, completeness, and joy over time were "My husband, Jim." It is hoped he somehow was able to live up to those words. Funeral services are planned for Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
