Prior to her retirement, she was an instructor for the U.S. Government. However, as family was the most important thing to her, her biggest accomplishment was raising her children. Here in Williamsburg, she was a long time member of the Walnut Hills Baptist Church.
Survivors include daughter, Carol Meier; and sons, David Pugh (Rachinee) and Bruce E. Pugh (Mandy); thirteen grandchildren; one great grand-daughter; and sister, Margie Miller.
Due to the present Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no services at this time. The family will have a private Celebration of Life for Kathy. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation may be made in Kathy’s memory to a charity of your choice.
