Kenneth Stanley Womack

He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1954 to 1958 and enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard in 1960 and served 24 years before retiring from the U.S. Coast Guard Base in Yorktown, VA. The next 10 years were spent working at Newport News Shipyard.

Pete received many awards and medals which can be found on the website along with a list of his duty assignments. He was proud to be past President of the Chief Warrant Officers Association and past Commodore of American Legion Post 39 in Williamsburg, VA.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 59 years, Susan A. Womack; two daughters, Christine (Marc) Sinclair, Shari (Rene) Casarez; four grandchildren, Stacy, Matthew, Haley and Josh; a brother, Walter Womack; and a brother-in-law, Phil Szeman (Bekki), and Margaret.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 4 at St. Olaf Catholic Church, 104 Norge Lane, Williamsburg, VA 23185 with a visitation one hour prior to the service.
