She was a former employee of Colonial Williamsburg as a dry cleaner. Rhonda was a devoted animal lover, enjoyed gardening and was involved with a pool league for 20 years.
She is survived by her husband, Walter G. Maines, Jr.; step-daughters, Samara Maines and Ari Raliegh; brother, Joseph Parker; nieces, AnnaLee and J.B.; and her 2 beloved dogs that she loved with all her heart, and considered them her children, Clyde and Betty Boop.
