

He was born in Grand Rapids, MI, and was a graduate of University of Michigan Medical School. He practiced family medicine in Grandville and later at Pine Rest in Cutlerville, MI.
He was conscientious and kind, helping many people in many ways. He loved the old hymns of the Church and had a gift for recalling them.
His wife Gwendolyn, son Thomas Lloyd, and sisters Shirley Rose and Louise Kroes, preceded him in death.
Surviving is his daughter Gayle and son-in-law Colonel Charles Corson, and their children Laura (Paul) Blacano, James, Jessica (Ruairidh) Barlow, and Phillip. Also surviving are his brother and sisters Lewis (Gevie) Weeber, Carol (Mike) Weller, and Mary (Bob) Van Dyke, along with several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on January 8, 2022, at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church in Williamsburg, VA at 12PM with a reception to follow. A live-stream is available at the following link for those not able to attend;
There will be a memorial service at a date be determined at Rosedale Cemetery in Standale, MI.
