William M. "Cigar Bill" Morris, Jr, 81, passed away after a sudden illness on July 22, 2016. Bill was a devoted loving husband; he loved life, family, and friends. He always made people happy, he never knew a stranger. Every morning Bill held court at the Hardee's in Lightfoot. He had a passion for cars, especially racing and antique cars. Bill was the owner of Cigar Bill's Auto Sales in Richmond. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 22 years, Nancye Morris; 4 children, Jackie Lemons (Gary), Billy Morris, III (Sheila), Michael Morris (Angie) and Billy Morris, IV; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 6-8:00 PM, on Monday, July 25th at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Road, Williamsburg, VA. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 26th at Hickory Neck Church, 8300 Richmond Road, Toano, VA with the burial to follow in the church cemetery.
