JoAnne Marie Pidd

JoAnne Marie Pidd, age 54 died on Tuesday July 17, 2018 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. She was born to John Pidd and Joan (Campbell) Kubiak on February 11, 1964 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She attended the Beekman Center in Lansing until she was 26 years old, where she learned many life skills. JoAnne lived on a dairy farm all her life. From the moment she could walk, she could be found in the calf barn following her mother around and helping with chores. She enjoyed writing and tracing in her free time, as well as listening to the weather on her radios. JoAnne was a lover of all things: Baby dolls, the farm, cats and dogs, but mostly her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

JoAnne is survived by her mother Joan Kubiak and step-father Edward Kubiak; brothers and sisters Janet (Mike) Wilson, John (Rebecca) Pidd, Joe (Brandy) Kubiak, Mike (Tina) Kubiak, Joy (Todd) Hull, and Elizabeth (Dan) Stiffler; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday July 21 at the Webberville United Methodist Church, 4215 Holt Rd. The visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Leroy Township Fire Department NIESA Office, 1296 W. Grand River Ave., Williamston, MI 48895.
