Born February 2, 1946 in Lansing, the son of Floyd and Maxine Kester, passed away April 5, 2012 at the age of 66. Bill retired 15 years ago from General Motors, as a material handler. Bill was preceded in death by his father Floyd Kester. Bill is survived by his wife of 46 years, Bev; daughters, Teri (Michael) Sage and Lisa (Bruce) Bond; grandchildren, Alexis, Tristan, Savannah, Jacob and Lucas; mother, Maxine; brother, Dennis (Marsha) Kester; sisters, Susan (Del) Mulholland and Sharon (Craig) Hitchcock; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as his golf buddy Dale Bahl. A funeral service will be held 11:00am, Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Gorsline Runciman Williamston Chapel, 205 E. Middle St. The family will receive friends Monday, April 9th, from 2-4 & 6-8pm.
