Charles Pender

Charles Tate Pender, 75 died May 31, 2014 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Pinewood Memorial Park in Greenville with Pastor Timothy Creel Officiating

Charles was the son of the late Charles and Madeline Bryant Pender.

He was employed as a Teacher at Martin Community College. On February 14, 1981 he married Diane Stalls who survives.

Mr. Pender was survived by his wife Diane Stalls Pender, Daughters, Yvette Pender Lewis of Greenville, Pamela Pender Brinkley of Raleigh, Brothers, Ernest J. Pender of Lexington S.C., Frederick B. Pender of Grimesland, step-sons Jamie Sullivan of Robersonville, James Sullivan of Williamston, 4 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Grand child and 2 Step-Grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 3, 2014 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the home 4018 West Main Street, Williamston, N.C.
