In her later years she moved back home to Williamston and loved to spend time visiting with family and friends, being involved in church, and reading her Bible. She was a devout Christian and loved the Lord. She was a sweet, kind, and caring person and was very happy as she spent the last few years of her life in love with and spending lots of time with her friend C. D. Forbes.
